Caravan Rental Terms & Conditions
Trip details and trip support contact information will be shared with the client at the time of booking.
1. Booking & Payment Policy
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 24 hours before departure.
Payments may be made via UPI, bank transfer, or the payment link shared by us.
A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 must be paid before vehicle handover.
2. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. However, due to limited fleet availability and advance scheduling, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation & Refund
If the booking is cancelled 20 days or more before the trip start date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled between 10 and 20 days before the trip start date, 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled less than 10 days before the trip start date, no refund of the deposit will be provided.
For last-minute bookings, where the gap between booking date and trip start date is less than 10 days, no refund will apply upon cancellation, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
Note: The “trip start date” means the scheduled departure date confirmed at the time of booking.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is permitted only under the following conditions:
It is allowed only in cases of natural calamities or government-imposed travel restrictions.
Rescheduling is subject to caravan availability.
The rescheduled journey must take place within 3 months of the original trip date.
Only one reschedule is allowed per booking.
If the guest is unable to travel on the rescheduled date, the booking will be treated as cancelled and no refund will be issued.
All rescheduling requests must be supported by valid proof or official announcements.
3. Route & Usage Restrictions
The caravan may only be used for lawful travel purposes.
Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
The caravan must not be taken into:
restricted zones
government-prohibited areas
wildlife-protected regions
unsafe or dangerous terrain
Overloading the caravan beyond its permitted capacity is not allowed.
The client will be solely responsible for any fines, penalties, damages, or legal consequences arising from misuse of the vehicle or route violations.
4. Chauffeur & Fuel Terms
All Wow & Beyond caravans are chauffeur-driven only. Self-driving is not permitted.
The assigned driver is trained, experienced, and will remain with the vehicle throughout the trip.
Driver charges are already included in the quoted rental amount.
We offer the following pricing models:
A. Per Kilometre Rental
Charges are based on the total kilometres travelled during the trip.
Fuel costs are included.
Final pricing will be shared in advance at the time of booking.
B. Dry Rental
A fixed daily rental is charged for the caravan.
In this model, the following costs are to be borne by the client during the trip:
fuel
tolls
state taxes
parking charges
any additional charges communicated at the time of booking
For dry rental bookings, the caravan will be delivered with a full tank, and fuel usage during the trip will be chargeable to the client accordingly.
5. Technical Breakdowns & Trip Disruptions
In the event of a vehicle breakdown, accident, or mechanical issue not caused by misuse, Wow & Beyond or the vehicle operator will make reasonable efforts to assist, including:
providing roadside support
arranging transfer to the nearest accessible location if the caravan cannot continue
If the trip cannot continue due to such a breakdown:
The rental amount will be charged only for the completed portion of the trip, including kilometres travelled or days used.
No charges will apply for the unused part of the trip.
The trip will be treated as terminated from the point of breakdown.
No compensation or refund will be provided for:
missed destinations
hotel bookings
attraction tickets
or any other external expenses
The client will be responsible for arranging onward travel or accommodation if required.
Where possible, Wow & Beyond may assist in arranging alternate transport or accommodation, but all such costs must be borne by the client.
6. Liability & Indemnity
Wow & Beyond acts as a travel service provider and facilitator, connecting clients with verified caravan operators and drivers.
During the trip, any caravan-related operational or technical issue — such as equipment malfunction, water supply issues, or minor repairs — will first be addressed through the vehicle’s designated operator or caretaker.
Our team will coordinate support and aim to ensure timely resolution. However, where the service provider is unable to fully resolve the issue, Wow & Beyond will provide reasonable assistance within practical limits.
Wow & Beyond shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, disruption, dispute, injury, or damage caused by:
third-party actions
government restrictions
route closures
weather conditions
force majeure events
or circumstances beyond our control
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wow & Beyond, its team, operators, and drivers from any legal, financial, or third-party claims arising from:
misuse of the caravan
breach of these terms
unlawful conduct
or actions outside our control
Wow & Beyond reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund in the event of serious misconduct, unsafe behaviour, or violation of company policies.
The caravan must be returned in reasonable clean condition.
7. Onboard Comfort Essentials
- Your caravan is thoughtfully equipped with comfort essentials including pillows, linens, napkins, and basic toiletries. We request you to kindly use these items responsibly and ensure they are intact upon return. Any loss or damage may attract replacement charges.
“A checklist of all onboard items will be shared at the time of handover for transparency.”

they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
they accept the compact and functional nature of caravan travel
they agree to cooperate with the driver and follow all safety, usage, and travel guidelines
they understand that caravan travel is an experience-based service and not a luxury hospitality offering
